Truth of a Mom Blogger

Yes, I'm in the late generation Y.

...Yes, I'm a mother of 4 children all under the age of 4. I guess you can call me crazy.

However, ....I call myself actually pretty sane. I'm a mother of 4 children and I've managed to not end up going crazy. Since I was born in 1987 I'm part of "Generation Y". I'm a 22 year mother of 4 beautiful children that all under school age. I guess you can say "What was she thinking?"

I never thought I'd be a mother to 4 children so soon. Honestly, I just ended high school in 2005. I have grown up so much since then. Since I still look like I'm in high school, people don't treat me like I'm 22. Today, I met up with a public relations rep. for Verizon Wireless. I have to say I don't feel treated like I'm a mature 22 year old women (mother).

I've gotten sucked up into this "mom blogger" rat race. Yes, I love getting all these free things and yes I love all this attention I'm finally getting.

However, ...today I thought to myself "Why am I so unhappy?"

I'm unhappy because it's nothing but a rat race. It's so corrupt. I'm extremely unhappy because I'm a corporate sellout. I hate being paid out for my opinion. I love that on here I can rant about my true feelings.

After countless hours writing reviews on products I hardly stopped to submit my true feelings. Well, here they are. I hate this mom blogger rat race they created upon us. I hate that I'm so unhappy feeling like PR reps just look at me as "numbers and stats". It's all about how many pathetic eyeballs are seeing your content. I say "the hell" with those who look at you as a mom billboard. If they only got to know us personally and see were much more than that...
